This is a private group healing session for the recovering community. Located at the Sussex County Recovery Center in Newton, NJ. Relax in a safe space where you are free to explore and heal old wounds. Dress comfortably and feel free to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else that brings you comfort.
